Can multi-site churches share online ministry resources between campuses?

Churches with multiple campuses or locations will be set up with a separate account for each campus or site so that leaders can properly access and manage their ministry resources.

While some resource sharing may occur between campuses that operate closely together, we strongly recommend that each campus purchase its own ministry kit so that leaders have full access to materials and support for their groups.

When a Separate Kit Is Required

A campus or additional church location will need to purchase its own ministry kit if any of the following apply:

  • The church has three or more campus locations, or
  • The campus locations are more than 30 miles apart, or
  • The campuses are located in different states, or
  • The campus operates financially independently

When a campus meets any of these conditions, a separate account and ministry kit are required.

Church Networks or Groups of Churches

If multiple churches are part of a network or association but operate as separate churches, each church will need to purchase its own ministry kit and maintain its own account.

Online resources are licensed for use within the purchasing church or campus and should not be broadly shared across separate churches that meet the criteria above.

If you are unsure how this applies to your church structure, our team would be happy to help clarify the best setup for your ministry.
